Who We Are

We believe that good food comes from good ingredients. We buy the highest quality products available. Organic, whenever possible, and of equal importance, locally sourced from artisinal producers. By doing so, we can take advantage of the freshness of seasonal produce.



 

We make everything we can in house. All of our baked goods are made fresh daily, by our Pastry Chef Marissa Lorette. Even our jams, chutneys, and the fruit syrups for our sodas are homemade with help from our amazing Kitchen Assistants Nora and Tom.

Inspired by what looks good at the farmer's market, our Chef Kate Whitlow changes our menu daily to highlight the best fruits and vegetables of the season.

We think that the simple things in life can be really fantastic when done well.
